the little restaurant down the street that has homecooking had chicken fried steak today. I took that as a sign that I should have it since it was my birthday. Had a slice of cherry pie too. Now I will be in a sugar coma for the rest of the day if anyone needs me.

I'd serve it in a soup personally...there are a lot of different udon soups.

cool, well ill look up a recipe then. Know of any good ones to try?

Not really
I've tried some udon soups at a few different places but never tried to make any myself
Usually pretty good with a miso or chicken broth. The ones I've tried usually have a fair amount of veggies in it even if it's a chicken udon soup
