Po Boy Express would last about 10 minutes in N.O., same for Dempsey's. As far a Gino's is concerned, it's a big maybe, N.O. prefers Creole-Italian.

Nay. Gino's would be a big hit, IMO, depending on location. It's equivalent to Impostato's but better and less expensive. Actually, Uptown / Garden District could use another traditional Italian restaurant with a relaxed but semi-romantic feel, and a price range that is less than Giovanni's, etc.

I'd love to get that Chelsea's hummus anywhere in a 5 mile radius of the daddy-funded credit cards at Tulane and Crayola... Money.
Zippys too.

Zippy's? really? Please give me one item of food there that couldn't be recreated at any other cheap Mexican joint

I would like to see a sammys type place in the quarter. Good boiled seafood on a patio in the springtime with a hurricane would be on time.
