Really? It’s pretty simple to make a basic yeast bread. Follow the recipe. Mix the dough. Knead it. Kneading it develops the gluten and you really can’t overdo it. Let it rest and rise. Punch it down and knead it again. Let it rest and rise again. Then punch it down again and form it into loaves. Probably the biggest mistake you can make is letting it rise for too long. If you do that then the loaves will sort of fall apart. That might not be the right term but they’ll lose their integrity. I learned that firsthand when I worked in a bakery as a teen.

dish management. If I cook anything not in my air fryer, I have a PILE of dishes to do after dinner or the next day.
