You'll get allotted an extra pound of Geauxt's crawfish for good behavior.

My frozen corn never comes out soggy if I put it in when I cut the heat.
One trick I learned is to boil your potatoes in some plain water in a pot on the stove beforehand. When you are ready to start boiling the crawfish, throw them in with the crawfish. You'll save a lot of time because you have to wait a while for the potatoes to cook before you put the crawfish in.
Other good things to throw in...
Peppers (jalapenos, serranos, habaneros) - for those that like it really hot.
Fresh green beans
artichoke
Baby bok-choy
Pretty much any green vegetable does well in the boil. I'm going to try throwing some cactus in this year and see how that does.

For seasoning I use:
1 Jar Zatarains Cayenne Pepper
3 Crystal Hot Sauce
1.5 Box of Salt
12 Lemons
3 Bagged Zatarains Crab Boil (Spices in a bag)
Thats what I use for seasoning. I dont care for pre mixed or the liquid boil. Bring this to a boil, put in Potatoes, Garlic, and Onion. Let this boil for 7 mins. Now add Crawfish, (corn if fresh add now, if frozen add after you turn the pot off for good after crawfish have boiled) or mushrooms if wanted. Bring to a boil, let boil for another 7. Turn pot off and try crawfish until they are (cooked texture wise) and peel easily. When they are cooked and peel easily add 2 gallons of frozen ice to stop the cooking process. I fill old milk jugs up with water and freeze them, and just stick them in the pot when this is needed. Let sit for however hot you want them, they are done cooking so they are only soaking up seasoning at this point. Take out when you prefer

Just put your potatoes in the crawfish pot when you first fire it up for the boil. By the time you have the seasoning correct, and the pot rolling, they will have cooked sufficiently to be perfect once you add and finish the crawfish.
