Looks good, but I've never ordered that. Bon Temp is one of my regular stops. Love the food there. Make an extra effort to eat there because the road work is probably hurting them.

Me: chicken in a skillet with onions, touch of rice, black beans.

Buy a lottery ticket?
Or sell my 401k?

Watch out for that Chef's Special...
Tonight I am having Diet Coke and Rum. I have food just not hungry.
Maybe tomorrow night might try the fried Pork Chops..they look good.

Cooked a fresh pot of white beans with smoked sausage and pickled pork, hot cornbread and I'm frying the last pork chop right now. And I made a banana pudding for dessert.

I would hurt myself.

One day I will find out where you live. Saw the pictures. Don’t get any better!

Wild mushroom picked from a group under a cypress tree, grilled. White, 6" tall x 4" diameter. Don't know what kind but it tasted great and I'm still alive. I will pick the rest if I'm still alive in the AM (maybe 15 more).

Also: Grilled skirt steak,
Navy beans,
Jalapeno cornbread,
Avocado salad.

That meal was absolutely delicious!!!!! I had to wait a while before enjoying some of that banana pudding. It was pretty darn delicious itself. Not like my mom made but she made the best banana pudding on earth and I don't have her recipe. Still it wasn't bad. I'll have to get a picture of a serving sometime today and post it.
