I don't have a recipe, but ghee doesn't burn like butter because it's missing the milk solids. When I reverse sear my steaks, I use a little ghee, then put my compound butter in/on when I'm ready to finish.

You can get them from there site The oyster bed.
If you (or anyone reading really) shoot me a email I get them wholesale through a side gig and have some on hand. I have hooked up some TD peeps and friends for less $ Nolagt3 at gmail.
It cooked awesome and cleaned up brand new. I just need to work on the recipe I have not chargrilled many oysters. I usually fry or eat them raw. They have other uses for it listed on there site too.
Edit: I have 1 large (12 oysters) and 2 small (6 oysters) left...
