I've always wanted to make a tomato pie, just haven't got around to it yet. Looks fantastic, though!

Its pretty simple. Just went to the in laws yesterday and they had a shite load of tomatoes that needed picked. We also picked some peaches at a local orchard, So it was a very fresh meal. Basically tomatoes, basil and garlic in the filling. The top is half sharp cheddar and half mozarella mixed with Mayo.
