Congrats! Walkers was our favorite place in jackson when I was at UMC. About the only redeeming quality of jackson is the surprising number of decent places to eat

Btw no offense intended to all parties. It looks good to me. I just had a vision of a vegan watching somebody eat a rare piece of prime rib by hand. It was funny to me at least

Didn't look like the highest quality of beef, but certainly looked edible to me.

It was meh. Definitely the last time I go cheap on a rib roast. I was just craving it and saw a 3 bone on sale

Nothing wrong with that. Better than a lot of other options for that price. Worth the gamble from time to time.

wouldn’t bother me at all. Actually my SO often tells me to stop staring when there’s food I don’t eat on the plate... I am fascinated by food. I genuinely wasn’t sure if he had cooked it yet or not... and honestly I’m still not sure

We went to Mazen’s in Lafayette. I had the ribeye. My wife had the lamb. That lamb rack is unreal good.
