I made some jerk style (I guess) pickapeppa jackfruit with coconut pineapple rice.

Marinated the jackfruit in olive oil, lemon juice, s&p, pickapeppa, beer, garlic... then baked it for 40 minutes or so. The original recipe was for shrimp not jackfruit

I went to the Whole Foods here in the Domain area of Austin, and filled up a container of their hot bar.

10-12 small buffalo wings of varying flavors, grilled zuccini and squash, beets, green beans, garlic.

It was all very good, but a little pricy at $9.99/lb. Total was $14.50.

It was really good MD. all of it was good, along with a Crowd Control DIPA.
