The 76 went in the vinegar barrel today. Only one that had turned. Shame

Black Eyed Peas, portabella mushrooms, and red onion over brown rice. Roasted Brussels sprouts, beets and carrots.

You already know this, but I will never understand protein shakes when not exercising nor replacing a meal. That all together sounds like an evening of a million calories/fat.

I ran 5 miles earlier and burned just under 600 calories. It was only 4 wings, too.

ETA: The shake is my chocolate treat. Probably had 15 grams of protein with a little milk. Close to 100 calories.

It's just me. I'm weird. Never got the appeal of the shake fad.

I guess I don't see the appeal because of the fact that I dislike most sweets and especially chocolate That would be the last thing I crave.

Yeah, there's nothing she mentioned that doesn't sound great. Jealous.

Yeah I have a big chocolate tooth so usually I get my fix from something like this. Probably didn't NEED the shake since I wasn't doing lifting today, but I like the way it tastes and it's much better than ice cream

Have you ever tried to make your own "ice cream"? I will slice a banana or two, pop em in the freezer for an hour or so. Add bananas, nut butter (I use pb2, usually), cacao/cocoa powder into a food processor. Sometimes I'll add dates. It's a good way to pretend I'm having ice cream.
