We would like to have seen some more creativity in the use of the sriracha, instead of just putting it on the plate. Maybe use it in a white wine reduction or a lobster demi-glace.

Please forgive me. I'm hoping that I can show you what I can do in the next round, and that you'll take into consideration that my competitor didn't utilize every ingredient in the basket. As you can see, her licorice gummy bear souffle is still in the oven, and she clearly plated her tilapia eyeball after the buzzer.
