We had a late afternoon plumbing emergency so for dinner I went quick and dirty: Pizza Hut
Thin N Crispy with pepperoni, mushrooms, and green olives.
Side of cheesy breadsticks.
Vodka waters.

That’s a lot of shrimp…looks good.
I started with sushi from Albertsons earlier.
Finishing with shrimp and grits from a local place with a side of asparagus.

It's a mix of Zatarains fish fry (no lemon version) and Louisiana seasoned chicken fry breading. It's a good ratio of flour and corn meal.
