Had some thighs that I needed to cook, everything else is leftover Thanksgiving. :)

Filets, twice baked taters, spinach and artichoke casserole (left over from yesterday), sautéed baby portobellos, collard greens, vino. Some German chocolate for dessert

No pics, but turkey/sausage gumbo with the leftover smoked Turkey. Added veggies to the roux a little early, so it wasn’t as dark, but still delicious. Enough leftover for to freeze 6 meals for a friend who’s husband is getting out of the hospital next month after nearly being crushed by a tree.
