Went to the Cove Hawaiian Grill before hitting up the Costco.

Fried Catfish and Grilled Boudin
Tonight's menu was fried catfish and grilled boudin with a salad on the side.
Started the cooking off with marinating the catfish in yellow mustard. Also made a quick tartar sauce with diced candied jalapenos.
While that sat in the fridge a bit I put the boudin on he grill and added a piece of wood for some smoke.
Got to ALWAYS stay hydrated when cooking near a grill or frying outdoors!(BTW..... I've said this Waaayyyy befroe that Stalekracker charcter came around)
Time to manger!
