Crawfish and Tasso Pasta
Gave the leftovers to the new neighbors. Friend is in from Florida and asked me to cook what she misses most. Her husband arrives on Monday and has requested gumbo with Tasso and andouille. Depending on their children’s desires, I may make a crawfish lasagna later in the week.
