Pertinent and important questions. Sam’s key lime came in at an impressive 43.6 ounces on the scale. Price was $9.98, and because there was no tax on groceries in Florida, it was really $9.98.
In comparison, the Donut Hole out of Destin sells a key lime pie for $19.50. Last time I had one it weighed 32.4 ounces. Sam’s is a better deal and tastes better to me.

I remember a gorgeous girl behind the counter at the east side store one summer. I bought a few dozen donuts from her our first morning at the beach.
I think I went back 6 more times during a 5 day trip.
I do not recall the weight or price of the donuts. But she’s still a princess...somewhere.
