Tonight felt like a BLT kinda night.
Cooked a couple of pounds in the oven.
Sliced up a couple of tomatoes.
Two felt about right for me.
It's hard to beat a good BLT!!!

Very nice. Good looking tomato for this time of year.
They can be ruby red temptresses in the grocery store but sometimes they satisfy until the summer.

Light supper of scrambled eggs. My wife spent a couple of days of her vacation painting the shed, so I brought her out for lunch and a snowball, today. She did a fine job. Just wanted a little something in my belly before bed. :)

I had a Tombstone Meat Lovers Pizza and it S.. was nasty.
