Pizzas - using Jim Lahey's dough recipe & method for home cooks
1 - Red sauce, pepperoni, roasted red pepper, sweet onion, blend of mozzarella, fontina, provolone, & grated parmigiana
2 - red sauce & ring of pesto, hot Italian sausage, red & green bell pepper, red onion and the same cheese blend

Wife’s been out of town for three days. I was assigned the job of keeping the cats alive while she was gone. She came home, we’re all alive so I brought her out for a burger. :)
