Breakfast night this week was tonight and I decided to give it a lil Cinco de Mayo flair.


Of course I did keep it a lil southern American.


I didn't get many pictures while cooking but here's the hash browns on the griddle.





It was a build own meal with a choice of bacon, chorizo, hash browns, scrambled eggs, griddled jalapenos, totillas, refried beans

tostadas, salsa, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, cilantro and I added an egg over easy on my tostada and of course lime wedges.














This was dessert from last night.

May have it again tonight.
