Feeling a little less sick today. Might eat more saltines. Might get some tacos. Can't make up my mind

Food Truck. Not sure which. Feeling links truck, but possibly curbside burger. But the recent talk of the pizza one has me thinking.

Just made a new (to me) dish

Venison cube steak w/ a thin layer of cream cheese, banana and jalapeno peppers and onions, rolled up then wrapped in bacon. Broiled it in the oven.turned out great.
Made cheesy rice and collards (canned, but the good kind) with it

How long did you bake it?

500 degrees
8 minutes then turned em over and did 6 minutes.

Was gonna grill it, but didn't have charcoal and didn't feel like going to the store

Also, I cooked the peppers and bacon a little prior to rolling em up

Most things wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cream cheeeee seems to get ripped around here.

I myself ended up making myself a chicken tender salad with some fresh radishes and cucumbers with ginger miso dressing
