Why would you ruin an excellent steak with that dreck on it? You took a beautiful steak and ruined it. There's a place for lump crabmeat/cheese sauce, but it's not on a beautiful steak. The whole "lump crabmeat on everything" business is over the top. What next? Lump crabmeat on bread pudding?

Neither. The fact that the server put the bone on the right side. The protein should be on the right side so that 90% of guests can cut it.

Just turn the plate around. It's not a deal breaker.

Tomahawk steaks at Sam's for $25.00 I don't buy them. Paying for long bone and I'm not Fred Flintstone.

Have a guy I do business with comes into town about once a year and always wants to go to Ruth's Chris. Orders the filet-butterflied and well done. I get a chuckle watching the face of the waiter and try to give him the "I know-he's a dumbass but what are you going to do?" look.

Now that you mention it, I'm craving the crabmeat cheesecake from Palace Cafe.
