Wendy's on O'neal Lane - Popeyes?

The Wendy's on O'Neal that flooded in 2016 and never reopened looks like it is being remodeled into a Popeyes. Has the right colors and lighting outside on the building. There is already a Popeyes two blocks down in front of the Walmart. Anyone know for sure what is going on?
