Do you mean the rotisserie ring for the 22 inch kettle?
Yeah I've got one. Although I haven't used it in a while, they are useful.
I mainly use it for eye of round. Sliced super thin for roast beef and French dip sandwiches.
Also it's great for roasting a Turkey breast.
You can certainly use it spin whole turkeys, I've just never done it though.
Anyway, it's not gimmicky. It's a pretty good product.

I have a rotisserie for the Weber kettle that I use a few times a year. Great for chickens. I've done bone-in turkey breast, rabbit, duck, goose, leg of lamb, probably other stuff. Big fan.
Use Char-Baskets to have fire on both sides for a quick cook, a single on one side for slower. It doesn't take much. Set it and forget it.
Mine is the Weber brand, but Cajun Bandit sells good stuff online.
