Used it today. Only two items were substituted and they were out of one item. I ordered about 60 items. The substitutions were acceptable and brought the total down overall. I stopped by a local grocery store and got in and out with the item walmart didn't have. All in all it was a definite win. This is the way to shop for sure. I may have waited 5 minutes for the lady to bring out my groceries and was in and out of there in like 10 minutes tops. I know I would have spent more money too just wandering around buying crap that I don't need. This is where Walmart will be able to compete with Amazon.

***PRO TIP ALERT***

Go to Walmart on a weeknight after 8pm.

Use the SELF CHECKOUT.

You’ll never have a long wait unless it’s around Christmas.

Sounds a lot less convenient. Pro tip: stop giving pro tips

It is amazing, no? I have been using it for more than a year for myself and my elderly mom, and now rarely set foot into Walmart, blessedly.

I have come out ahead on substitutions and have had one single item out of hundreds turn out to be subpar. I called customer service and was refunded and given a code for $5 credit off my next order.

The employees are polite and helpful, and I would love to tip, but they turn me down. They offer me the option to check my eggs and produce. I dont anymore because they are always fine. The stuff is bagged properly and cold stuff is cold.

This and Sams Scan and Go have had a huge impact on the time I spend grocery shopping.
