LSUBoo - You missed a few...

Seriously, Hair of the Dog and the Commons are a few blocks from Cascade.

Deschutes and 10 Barrel are both a couple of blocks from Fatheads.

pFriem is the best brewery in Hood River.

Also add Great Notion, Culmination, HUB, Baerlic, Logsden, Buoy, and De Garde to your list for next time you're in town. All of those should be good enough to deserve an "*" next to them.
