Looking for a 34"-36"+/- x 21"-24"+/- vent hood insert. Doing a remodel and the contractor will build the vent hood to fit the insert. So what do the professional chefs of TD have and/or recommend.

I have a 36” Bertazzoni that I like a lot. It sucks hard. Can control both sides independently so you can control it better.
