Meant to get (6) Lamb Chops...and completely wasn't paying attention to what the fella was giving me...well...he gave me (6) Veal Chops...
I have no idea how to prepare them. Anyone have any good, EASY recipes? I really don't feel like making another trip to the grocery store.

Assuming these are veal chops as I think if them, thats a lot of veal (and probably expensive). I like to pan roast them as you would a steak, with salt, pepper. Pull them after about few minutes per side. Make a pan sauce with some shallot, parsley and white wine.

No...it wasn't cheap...and big ole frick up is what that was. Didn't even catch it during the check out process.
(6) Chops - 17lbs. of frick up. Ha.
What about preparing them just like I would have my lamb chops: salt, pepper, sugar, rosemary, balsamic vinaigrette, and olive oil? I'm going to have to have four damn skillets going at once. Ha.

Easy on the seasoning, keep it simple, grill on a hot grill quick to med rare and enjoy

That would be great to reverse sear.

Reverse sear? Whoa - *mind blown*...didn't know such a thing existed. I should probably frequent this board more often.

How can someone who doesn't know the difference between a lamb chop and a veal chop have his mind blown?
This level of stupidity assumes no mind at all.
Does not compute.

No kidding - honestly, the only time I thought "whoa...that's different" (from all other times I've ordered lamb chops), was when he handed me a package. Felt like he was handing me piglet wrapped paper.
I was in the middle of a conversation when the dude handed me package. My mind was not there at all.
But I do know the difference between lamb and veal.

You should just cook them in the microwave, you will have your mind blown (can that happen twice in the same person?) by the sear.
