Ultimate Leftover Thanksgiving Food

I make turkey gumbo on Sunday after Thanksgiving. However, my favorite meal for the next several days is the ultimate Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich. Toasted white bread, blue plate mayo, cranberry sauce, oyster dressing, mirliton, gravy and turkey. Yes, sloppy but oh so good. Going to try this in a wrap instead of bread, then toast in on a panini grill.

I like to make a waffle out of the leftover cornbread dressing and serve it with cranberry sauce and giblet gravy.

Either ham/turkey sandwich or a bowl with dressing, green bean casserole, gravy etc

I am currently making Turkey tettrazini and scalloped ham and potatoes. I like to channel my 1950s housewife!
