Ukrainian lady cooking stuffed crawfish

It's an interesting process. Looked like pearl cous cous she stuffed it with?

Maybe some other ancient grain.

But basically boiling the grain with the seasoned water and soaking in that crawfish fat and goodness.

Those crawfish were monsters.

May have to try it late in the season when they are bigger and the shells are a little tougher.

Edit: looking at it,the grain may be a clean barley

I'm so curious. She uses tap water from a faucet to wash her hands but fills a bucket from a well for the crawfish?
