Pioneer woman

1. Is this recipe trash?

2. I need to make a larger serving size for the office and wasn’t planning to use the potato skins, but to put the mixture in a crock pot. Will this work? Should I just suck it up as far as using the skins? Problem is I would have to reheat them at work and don’t have an air fryer.

I mean do you really need a recipe for stuffed potatoes? Its a loaded bake potato, mix, add back to skins and reheat in oven.

Back to your question.....they aren't really stuffed potatoes if you don't put them back in the skin or skin shaped container.

I don’t cook except for bb food. And twice baked doesn’t necessarily mean stuffed. I get they’re better that way but would it be shite in a crockpot is the question

Skip the black pepper and use white pepper. Also you could add some cream cheese.

I've never personally used any Pioneer Woman recipes but there have been several times I was eating something someone else made and I compliment them and they've said it was a pioneer woman recipe.

Then it's twice baked potato casserole.

I mean it’s fairly standard for twice baked potatoes

What’s the issue? It’s just “loaded mashed potatoes” that are the filling for twice baked potatoes anyway

That’s what I figured. I found some old threads that talked about cheez whiz or yogurt but not sure on the ratios

That’s what I was thinking, too. They’re just mashed potatoes if they aren’t back in the skins.
