Tried City Slice for the first time...

last night. Tried the GOAT, it was bad. I read some decent reviews on here a week or two back. What's good/bad for the ones that have experienced it?

Should have gotten the duck bacon and Romano.
Their purple sauce is bad. It tastes like regular pizza sauce with jalapeno juice in it.
Their regular pizza sauce is okay, nothing special.
The white sauce is by far their best offering.
The wings are very good. Maybe I'm just no wing connoisseur but I'm a big fan of smoked wings.

I’ve had it twice. A whole lot of MEH imo. I’ve never been to Rocca but I’m going to check it out this week.

Rocca is really good. My personal opinion is that the quality has dropped a little in the kitchen since opening but still quality. We go a couple times a month.

My last couple of meals there were not very good at all. We ordered the beef shank for an app and it was inedible. Tough stew meat in a red sauce. I don't know who put this together and I can't believe it got out of the kitchen.
The service has obviously slipped as well. Our server did not know how to open a bottle of wine and then dropped a whole tray of beers on a large group in our section.
I used to like this place, a lot. I hope they can get their shite together.
