All of my life I've had supper until somewhere a few years ago I started having dinner. Not sure why that happened.

Bought the sack a few days ago from montablanos. Have had plenty of chargrilled the past couple evenings. Tonight I went with the raw followed by a steak. Oysters were clean, mid sized, and mildly salty. Really enjoyed them. A+ to montablanos.

The old Christians restaurant in Mid City - an old church had a nice size filet that he cut a pocket in the side and stuffed a couple of raw oysters in then grilled the steak. Man that was a phenomenal dish.

Wow, interesting combo, might be worth a shot sometime.
