I was gifted a whole bag of fresh basil so of course I’ll have to try my hand at making pesto but I’m also looking for a good recipe for soup. The wife is not a fan of heavy cream unfortunately. Recipes for both if you have time? Thanks

By the way I’m headed to the farmers market this morning so all ingredients are in play

Check the TD recipe book. Also, you can make many recipes and eliminate the cream or go lighter on it or use any type of milk.

I've been making almond cream for cream recipes and it's a great, light sub. You do need a masticating juicer to make almond cream.
