Need an easy peasy oven recipe for today because I plan on watching Ohio State/Michigan game at 11. Any ideas?

Pizza or Mex.
Something with some spice to combat the bland.

Mixed up a bottle of Parmesan peppercorn salad dressing with an envelope of Lipton onion soup mix and poured it over 3 lbs of boneless chicken breast. In the oven now. Going to have some microwaveable jasmine rice along with it.

Awesome, easy meal for game day. I put the entire bag (3 lbs) of boneless chicken breast in a 13x9 pan sprayed with pam. Seasoned with garlic salt and black pepper then poured the entire bottle of dressing mix with an envelope of onion mix over the chicken and baked at 400 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. Served with some heat and serve jasmine rice. Good stuff and will do again.
