on occasion. First they always have good pork .

Second where else are you going to find a container of chicken hearts and at $.99 a pound. Just a matter of time before the price goes up.



Hearts and gizzards will go on scewers and on the egg for the game. Liver will make fresh pate since my friend did not slaughter any chickens this week.

Envie is 8/28 so fresh and I have not had any in awhile.

I also bought a nice brisket to grind for hamburgers

Go Tigers?

Gizzards are one of my favorite foods, I also love smoked chicken liver dip I make. It's a concoction. But it is damn good on crackers
