The crawfish market is much slower this year in regards to the amount of places getting crawfish because of the lack of rainfall we had in the summer months. There is a fine line of vendors who are wanting to advertise their product because they're simply small right now and pricey but the prices are steadily coming down.

We are launching the Nola market on March 1st. They wrote a pretty good article on me and my business today in The Daily Advertiser
