DAMMIT I wanted to open a place like that in Louisiana in a redneck area.. Looks like they beat me to it. I was thinking of Livingston Parish though.. Do something simular and provide better BBQ. Their BBQ is nice an tender but lacks on flavor and leans on the sauce to provide any flavor.
