Just called to check on the portions of sashimi. Each order comes with 10. I'm happy thus far.

We have a group of 10 so let's hope it'll be a nice time!

P.S. g/f just told me she wants salad and an app to start off.

SAVE ROOM FOR SUSHI PEOPLE!

something like edamame is ok I guess

We have been three times. All three times we were able to give our entire order. We ordered as we go as well but they did not make us wait to order until we finished a plate. We enjoyed going here. Also at the end of our meal we had a few extra pieces and they didn't say anything. We even ordered deserts. Will go back to sushi masa

Pretty good food. I wouldn't let the wording on the menu in regards to being charged for waste bother you.

You should enjoy it.

I hope you tried the Salmon or Tuna tar tar.

One of our favorites is the Spicy Salmon Handroll. When you order that, also get the Snow crab salad as a side to put on top of the handroll. It's my favorite item on the menu.

Oh and We've never had problems with left over food or mean waiters. In fact, we over heard the manager telling other tables that this was a place where you could try several items, including new items that you normally wouldn't try at an a la cart place. That doesn't sound like a they're trying to force each bite down your throat to me. We also ordered 5 or 6 items at a time with no quarrel from our server. In fact, our server even remembered us from a previous visit and recalled that we didn't like avocado in our rolls.

I really like the place and hope it stays in business, although it's not going to be easy with Ichiban and Yama literally within walking distance.

Place was AMAZING. There was a group of about 12 of us and we tried EVERYTHING. I'm biased with my salmon shashimi but it was still wonderful. I got up to 10 pieces.

The waiter HOOKED US UP. Drinks, leftover sushi, etc, were left over and he didn't charge us a dime. We all paid 21.95 and had all the sushi and drinks we could imagine.

Will DEFINITELY be back soon.

Only bad thing: they were down one or two servers that didn't call in, so there was a handful of times I found myself wondering where our waiter was. The poor hostess was even helping out.

Awesome time.
