I don't want to disparage a local business.
But, there is NO po boy worth eating. I have had a Herby K's po boy. It is the concept, not the quality of a po boy.
I love Italian deli sandwiches - because they aren't filled with nasty fried seafood.

Goddammit, how many times does someone have to mention that you don't have to put fried seafood in a poboy? There are roast beef poboys, hot sausage poboys, etc. It's the bread that makes it a poboy, not the fried seafood.
And they aren't called a hoagie just because it doesn't have fried seafood.
