We went down to Lafayette around New Years for a family event. We don’t get down there very often, so my dad and I rode over to Scott and tried Billy’s and Best Stop. I think Billy’s had the best boudin ball, and Best Stop smoked was the best link.

With "a bunch" of stores, certainly you can come up with a couple of locations...maybe even three????
Lots of location-pins on this map.

a fresh link from Don's is tied with best stop smoked for me.
Best way to enjoy it is to get 2 of each on the way back to Houston with an ice cold sunkist
yea personally i like Dons the best for just boudin but best stop would be 2nd for me. My wife likes Billys alot cause she likes his balls(pun intended)

Their sausage is really good. Their boudin isn't anything to write home about. But if it was between best stop and nothing, I'd be happy to have it.

We always get the chicken sausage!
Love the regular and smoked boudin.
The cracklin is also very good.

No brick and mortar stores just retailers that may or may not carry packaged goods. Thanks for the map.

I wish we could get a few Texas brisket bbq and German sausage places to move to LA.

You mean you will eat something other than Connecta sausage?
