I will be in town soon, without car, staying at the Hilton Riverside and would like to pick up some on a Saturday, ideally vacuumed sealed, to put in my checked luggage on Sunday morning for my flight home...anything close?....thanks

Cochon butcher, though I don't really like their andouille. It is made in house though & Donald link is a beard award winner

Butcher's andouille has an off putting taste to me. I didn't like it at all. A few other folks here have commented the same way. If you're going to buy it, taste it first. I don't know if they sell tasso.
Other than Butcher in that area, I don't know where else you could get any andouille and tasso other than grocery store brands at the downtown Rouse's.

Paul Prudhomme sells his andouille and tasso online, but you could call and see if they have it at the restaurant or sell it in any local stores. I haven't had it, but I suspect it's pretty good.

I agree Gris, not a fan of their andouille. They do have tasso, saw it Wednesday
