Tan Dinh Vietnamese Egg Rolls

Does anyone know what Tan Dinh wraps their Vietnamese Egg Rolls in, because they are real good.

I thought they used rice paper wrappers, but I could be wrong. Indeed they are delisious.

Andrea Nguyen, author of several excellent Vietnamese food cookbooks, has a great blog post on making cha gio (Aka imperial rolls or nem) cause they can be a PITA to fry: LINK
Your question reminds me that Viet food is one of my comfort foods....I’ve enjoyed it in Rome, Dublin, Paris, and parts inbetween. When I’m traveling, I always seem to seek it out.
