Tell em to frick off. If they don't contribute then they don't eat.

Hit up Sam's. Buy in bulk.

Idk cook a couple of Boston butts in the oven the night before. You can buy a 4lb sirloin tip and onions and bellpeppers that will make about 20 kabobs for $20 or so. Hot dogs are cheap. Chili is cheap.

Try the coffee bean for catering. Awesome cold sandwich trays-they are fairly inexpensive also. I have a friend who uses them monthly and is always happy with them.

Didn't know Coffee Bean did that. Actually I've never had a sandwich or lunch there but I do stop in for breakfast. Cool little joint. Might have to try a platter from them.

Thanks for all the input guys.

I think I've decided on grilling some little drumsticks and wings, doing some BBQ and some plain or in Buffalo sauce.

If you haven't tried their lunch you are really missing out. Hot and cold sandwiches, on bread or croissants, homemade tortilla chips that have a sweet hint of honey-they also have soups, wraps, and awesome chicken salad (chunky kind). Their food is "clean" and I never feel gross and bloated when I leave.

Seems like its about forty pieces. It's a full plastic platter and a good deal for whatever. I just call an hour or so ahead and I arrange on my own platters.

And if you buy from Unique Cuisine they will put whatever you order on your own platters if you drop them off. It's a nice touch.
