Went a few times for the lunch buffet when it was Al-Noor, but when I drove by yesterday I saw it had a new name so I decided to give it a try. The lunch buffet was great and service was exceptional. In addition to the naan, they also gave me a crepe when I sat down. I had never encountered this before, was was instructed to eat it with the chutneys (mint, coconut, & tamarind). My favorite things were the butter chicken (some of the best I've had), the kheer, and the double ka meetha.

I had some lamb vindaloo from there a couple weeks back, thought it was great.

Crepe is called Dosa. A south indian favorite. It is made from rice and Black gram wet batter

When's the buffet available?

I know it's available on weekdays at lunch, and is a bargain for $10.95, especially if you're a glutton like me. Not sure if they have it on weekends.

Do they do to-go off the buffet by weight like Kaminari and Thai Pepper?

No clue about that, although I didn't see anyone get one to-go.
