Superior Grill Butter Sauce

Had Superior Grill for the first time in a while and forgot how damn good their fajitas are. Does anyone know how to make the butter sauce that they serve with the fajitas? I know it has butter and garlic in it, but that's about it.

ETA: It's definitely too thick/frothy to be solely butter imo.
