I put it on the Yoder 640 at 9 and I’m drinking Eagle Rare neat right now. Probably beers in the early morning to finish the job.

It was at 201 at 5:15 this morning. I’ve never had a brisket cook that quickly. It never stalled.
About to slice it up after a 6 hour rest. Hopefully it’s magical.
