Only been to Xochi for brunch...wasn’t impressed...it’s the third best of his Mexican places in town.
Irma’s is just ok.
I’d do El Tiempo on Navigation or Ninfa’s next door.

I agree on El Tiempo or Ninfas. There are a few others deeper in the hood but there are no stray cats or dogs near those options.
