I am think I am going do some of these tonight. Any done them at home before? Do you steam them or boil them? What do you use for seasoning in the water? Do you typically serve them with butter or something else? Thanks.

I saw them the other day at the new Rouses in Lafayette. They had some individual claws on ice and frozen bags.

Boil with the blue crabs or exactly like the Blue crabs. We catch them all summer and toss claws on the pot with the rest of the crabs and vittles.

Bake them in the oven with some clarified butter and your choice of seasoning. Use the left over butter for dipping.
