Headed to LA in about 30 days. Recs on best place to buy pork jowl for jambalaya?

Where in La. If heading to central La. you can find anything pork in just about any market, big or small, that you could want.
My late father-in-law lived in Mansura, right outside Marksville off La. 1 and there were 2 markets in Mansura that had their coolers filled with hogs and assorted byproducts of hogs. Pork is huge in CENLA.
