I had the best shrimp poboy I have ever eaten the other day. I went to Windrush Grill, just south of Shreveport. I know :paulallen:.

They had aioli mayo on the bread, then the shrimp were fried and drizzled with a light sweet tomato/chili glaze

mix a little cocktail sauce with some of that cajun sparkle stuff from popeyes, maybe a touch of horseradish

I like ketchup, hot sauce, and lettuce. I like mayo but not on my fried seafood poboys (I put it on for years but end up feeling bad after eating them with mayo) Very strange
